Return & Exchange Policy
At Tre Canna Co., we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. While refunds are generally not offered, we are happy to assist with exchanges, store credit, or reshipping items under specific circumstances.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

Shipping Damage:
If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue, including reshipping a replacement if necessary. -
Defective or Unsatisfactory Products:
If your product is defective, expired, or otherwise unsatisfactory, we may provide an exchange, store credit, or, in certain cases, a refund if an exchange is not preferred. -
Returns for Assessment:
In some cases, we may request that the item be shipped back to us for further evaluation. If this is necessary, we will cover the cost of shipping the item to us. -
Reshipments:
We will cover the cost of reshipping replacement items for issues such as shipping damage, or obvious defects

Refunds in Rare Cases
In the unlikely event that an exchange cannot be provided due to insufficient inventory or other complications, we may offer a refund. Refunds will be processed through Zelle or another agreed-upon method.
